30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number is required
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Please send us:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please Note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products, opened items, or products showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
